Jacki joined Everlake as Chief Operating Officer in April 2021.
After 19 years in a variety of roles with IBM, spanning Financial Analysis and Strategic Planning, Jacki changed her career direction. In 2005 she joined the fabulous charity Barnardos, that does remarkably important work for children.
Initially she worked on implementing a significant new strategic plan for the charity. During her time at Barnardos she undertook a variety of different roles, which culminated in her becoming Director of HR & Communications.
A very rewarding experience, Jacki enjoyed working in an organisation that supports children whose well-being is under threat, assists their families and communities, and campaigns for the rights of children.
After 15 wonderful years with Barnardos, in 2020 Jacki decided that it was time to embrace her love of travel and took a career break. Unfortunately, travel plans were rudely interrupted by Covid-19! After taking some time off, Jacki joined the newly merged Ethical Financial and Global Wealth businesses that have since rebranded as Everlake.
Jacki brings her capabilities in strategy, organisational change, and transformation, as well as managing support services delivery, to her role as COO at Everlake. Best described as a committed, delivery-oriented professional, Jacki has proven negotiation, people and change management abilities.
Jacki believes passionately in the ethical ethos of Everlake and our delivery of expert financial planning advice, intelligent insights, and personalised solutions with a holistic perspective. She believes that the components of excellent financial planning are expert, authoritative advice that puts the client’s interests first, with good follow through on implementation for the client.
Jacki enjoys walking and reading. Her desire to travel is still burning brightly, and these days it tends to be in the shape of trips in her small teardrop caravan!
