Born in Zimbabwe, Virginia travelled to Ireland with her two small children 20 years ago, during a dark and gloomy winter storm. Despite the weather she stayed and made Ireland her home.

With a background in Electrical Engineering, Virginia decided that she wanted to work in the Finance Sector when she arrived in Dublin. Virginia is an accredited Financial Advisor having studied the QFA, Retirement Planning and Accounting to gain financial independence and security as a single mum.

Alongside working in various financial roles with AIB, Airfield Estate, Intelligo, and Intessa San Paolo Bank, she also found time to set up her own events & hospitality business which ran until Covid hit.

In June 2018, she joined Everlake (then Ethical Financial) as a Financial Advisor Administrator. Virginia was attracted to Everlake as the company aligned with her core values of offering expert financial planning advice in a clear, transparent, and ethical manner.

As a woman in the space, she brings expertise and life experiences to help families and women formulate their financial plans.  A strong communicator and a fantastic listener, within the Everlake team, she is the go-to person for all protection needs. Virginia prides herself in putting her clients at the centre and her ethical approach to her work. She enjoys working with people to ease their financial concerns and put them on a better financial planning path.

Having just returned from a mission trip in Central Asia, Virginia loves to help and encourage others. Virginia is passionate about her charity work, some years ago she took a year out of her career to work for Tearfund Ireland, supporting the CEO. After travelling back to Zimbabwe in 2013, she set up her own charity called Feed the Nations. The charity helped single mothers who were struggling to feed their children and send them to school under the oppressive Zimbabwean government. Over three years she raised funds to help 28 single mothers and their children (101 people in total!). She regularly fundraises for charity events and generously gives up her time to those in need.

Virginia also enjoys her now young adult kids, getting up to all sorts of fun, building memories at home and on holidays.
